Got Dental Implant done! I was quite nervous coming in after reading and listening to other people's stories. I generally do not like Dentists, or Dental Hygienists. In part, due to the pain and discomfort in performing procedures, the spine-tingling lectures, and occasional dishonesty (endorsing very expensive treatments that are not needed). Until recently I would feel uncomfortable every time I drove by a sign that said: "Family Dentistry" with a happy face beside it. The point came when I couldn't mentally prepare myself for another experience at my previous Dentist. After having three different Dentists like the type I described above, I debated whether or not it was worth it. Three years went by before an old filling gave way, and major discomfort set in. To make a long story short, the tooth needed root canal therapy. Dr Pham was able to get me in the following week to see if there were any other issues lying in wait. There were. A week later I had several fillings and an extraction done over a couple of hours. I was surprised that Dr Pham gave me breaks to get up and walk around. He even put on a relaxing nature music CD! Overall both Dr. Li, and Dr. Pham were so laid back, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The support staff were no different. Had it not been for the Internet, and a little bit of luck I would never have stumbled upon this gem. Keep up the good work guys!

Having a root canal to a tooth which was used as a post for a bridge. I thought I would loose the bridge but the dentist performed the root canal through the old bridge which was saved. Got 3 teeth pulled expected to be in a lot of pain as 2 were to the gum line. No ripping of my gums as it has happened before at other dentists. Also minimal pain. Thought it would be much worse, but they handled me quite well and have another appointment here shortly. Thank you again Terry D.

I was nervous going to the dentist however had to go as my molar tooth chipped and I needed a filling. I googled and did a lot of research on millbourne mall dental clinic and they had mostly positive reviews so I felt comfortable going. Upon arrival, receptionist was friendly and so was the dental assistant. Dr.Shar was also good, he wasted no time and fixed my tooth right away without any pain. I was quite impressed with how fast and smoothly everything went. The only thing I would recommend is that they give more info at the end, for example, how long to wait before eating or drinking (I know other places do). Other than that, I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back! :)

The staff at this clinic were welcoming and I felt comfortable. The dentist took a moment to speak to me, even though I was only there for a cleaning. The hygenist was professional and did not cause pain or make me nervous. The fees charged were in line with my expectations, and they billed my insurance company directly, which my previous dentist would not do. I have already booked my next cleaning, which basically says it all.
